当我们遇到外贸爆仓、甩柜、运费飞涨和船期延误的时候，该怎么跟客户解释呢？

表达舱位已满

舱位已满也叫爆舱，表达船舶箱位已经满了，没有空运的装载舱位。

Please note that there is no any availble shipping space this week.

这周舱位已满，请知悉。

No any available shipping space = be out of shipping space. Sorry to inform you during the peak season, shipping space is very tight. We are unable to catch the flight as scheduled. Now we're waiting for forwarder's further update. Will keep you posted accordingly.

很抱歉通知您，目前正是出运高峰，舱位很紧张。我们已经无法赶上原计划的那个航班，目前正在等货代的通知，会保持进展同步。

表达柜子被甩

甩柜的意思是指船公司为了保证每一班船满载，放出来的舱位会比实际的舱位要多。比如预配了100个舱位，而船公司却放出去150个舱位给货代。其中可能因为自己的原因，报关太迟了或者其他原因无法按照约定装柜，取消订舱延迟船期。

如果都没有什么差池，船公司会把当中几个柜子安排走下一班船。
